At Landers Outdoor World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor gear and apparel. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the products are in their original, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or your nearest Landers Outdoor World retail store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
